LCN 4040XP Super Smoothee Grade 1 heavy-duty surface-mounted door closer with regular arm and parallel arm shoe. Non-handed tri-pack mounts hinge pull side, push side top jamb, or push side parallel arm. Cast iron cylinder, forged steel arm, double heat-treated steel pinion, all-weather Liquid X fluid. Adjustable spring size 1-6. Interior doors to 5 ft wide, exterior doors to 4 ft wide. ANSI/BHMA A156.4 Grade 1. ADA compliant. Includes plastic cover and peel-n-stick templates. LCN Green Dial for easy spring adjustment. 30-year limited warranty. Gloss Black (693) finish.
